Further to Fiat Interchange...
I was again wondering if the ignition switch (switch & lock cylinder) from the Fiat 124 & 131 is the same one on Niva? Again I have possible lead on a aftermarket Fiat ignition switch and if it will fit...
Also, thanks all for the responses my past posts on Fiat interchange.

early fiat 124 ignition switch will fit. 131 has completely different unit.
fiat 125 ignition switch is also the same as on 124 |

Trust me, I have one in the garage! My Citroen Dyane is the same way as well.

I got use to it, turn the key with my left, take it out of gear with my right all in one motion. |
